1. General provisions

This Terms of Service defines the rules for using the Talleo Publish platform ("Service"), an audiobook self-publishing platform using AI technology.

2. Definitions

  • Serwis – Service – Talleo Publish platform available at audiobooks.talleo.com
  • Użytkownik – User – a person using the Service
  • Autor – Author – a User creating and publishing audiobooks
  • Słuchacz – Listener – a User purchasing and listening to audiobooks
  • Punkty AI – AI Points – virtual currency used for audiobook generation

3. Copyright and intellectual property

3.1. The Author retains full copyright to their texts and created audiobooks.

3.2. By publishing an audiobook in the Service, the Author grants the platform a non-exclusive, perpetual license to host and distribute the work.

3.3. The Author is responsible for the originality of published content and ensures it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payments and commissions

4.1. The platform charges a commission of 10% on each audiobook sale.

4.2. Author payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.

4.3. Minimum payout amount is 50 PLN.

4.4. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of request.

5. Audiobook generation

5.1. Audiobooks are generated using ElevenLabs technology.

5.2. Generation cost: 1 AI point = 4000 characters of text.

5.3. AI points do not expire and can be used at any time.

6. Content moderation

6.1. The platform reserves the right to moderate all published content.

6.2. The following content is prohibited:

  • — Illegal or violating the law
  • — Containing hate speech
  • — Pornographic or erotic
  • — Promoting violence
  • — Infringing third-party copyright

7. Refunds

7.1. Under EU law, audiobooks as digital content are not eligible for refund after playback has started.

7.2. Exceptions: technical errors preventing playback, no sound or other serious defects.

8. Liability

The platform is not responsible for the content of published audiobooks. Content liability rests solely with the Author.

9. Terms changes

The platform reserves the right to change the Terms. Users will be notified of changes with 14 days' notice.
